Role Description
The Warranty Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based at our St Stephen dealership. The role involves processing and managing warranty claims accurately, liaising with manufacturers, and ensuring all documentation complies with brand and company standards. Day-to-day tasks include:

The Warranty Administrator collaborates closely with service advisors, technicians, and management to support efficient workshop operations and maximize warranty recovery. The role also requires providing clear communication to customers about warranty coverage and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong warranty administration skills, including processing, validating, and tracking warranty claims.
- Customer service and customer satisfaction focus, with the ability to handle queries professionally and courteously.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with customers, colleagues, and manufacturers.
- Good computer literacy, including confidence with dealer management systems, spreadsheets, and email.
- High attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong organizational skills.
- Experience in an automotive service or dealership environment is desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage workload in a fast-paced setting.
- GCSEs or equivalent in core subjects; further qualifications in administration, automotive, or business are an advantage.
