Warranty Administrator
We are currently seeking a Warranty Administrator to join the team at Gates of Harlow.
Key Responsibilities
- Review completed warranty job cards, ensure they meet audit requirements, and submit claims to OEMs.
- Return unacceptable or incorrect claims to the submitting Dealership. Highlight any safety-critical or high-cost warranty claims to management and investigate as necessary.
- Investigate rejected claims by the Manufacturer and correct or debit where necessary. Analyse variances between submitted and paid claims, evaluate the difference and correct as needed.
- Administer and check service plans that have been set up or require setting up.
- Give advice and assistance to other dealerships when requested.
- Correspond with customers and subsidiary enquiries.
Minimum Requirements
- Motor trade experience and mechanical understanding preferred.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and professional.
- IT literate, ideally with an understanding of Microsoft Office, Keyloop, and manufacturers' operating systems.
- Ability to multitask while paying attention to detail.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Ability to communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Good organisational skills.

Working Hours
- 40 hrs per week (Monday - Friday)
Salary
- Starting at £28,255.60, Negotiable depending on experience
