This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills to take an important role within the business, supporting our warranty operations and helping to ensure claims and processes are completed accurately, efficiently and in line with manufacturer and company standards.
Previous motor trade or warranty experience would be an advantage, but we are equally interested in hearing from candidates with strong administrative, organisational and IT skills who are keen to develop their experience.
The Role
As Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient administration of warranty-related processes, maintaining accurate records and supporting colleagues across the business.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Completing warranty administration accurately and in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
- Maintaining records of warranty claims, submissions, credits, rejections and goodwill contributions.
- Working closely with line managers to review warranty reporting systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Administering warranty policies while balancing the requirements of customers, retailers and manufacturers.
- Supporting frontline colleagues and technicians to ensure the correct documentation is completed when diagnosing warranty-related vehicle issues.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with colleagues, specialist repairers and manufacturer representatives.
- Communicating updates and changes to warranty, goodwill and repair procedures to relevant team members.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of warranty processes, documentation and associated health and safety requirements.
- Supporting and promoting appropriate health and safety procedures throughout warranty administration processes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
