WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR
Due to increased workload we are looking for a part-time Warranty Administrator for our Hyundai dealership in Dunstable. Hyundai are at the forefront of automotive technology and a class leader in EV vehicles.
The Warranty Administrator role will involve accurately processing warranty claims to the manufacturer's high standards.
- Examine completed warranty repair orders
- Prepare claim forms and supporting material
- Ensure maximum return from the manufacturer for all warranty work including the issue of credit notes and associated paperwork
- Responsible for inputting the manufacturer’s warranty payments
- Return of warranty parts to manufacturer
- Reconciliation of warranty schedule, all to be completed in a timely and efficient manner

Remuneration And Benefits
We offer:
- Competitive salary of £16,000.00
- Company pension
- 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (Pro-rata for part-time)
- You will also get your birthday off once probation has been passed.
