About The Role

Join Wessex Garages as a Warranty Administrator and play a key role in ensuring warranty claims are processed accurately and efficiently.

You'll be responsible for submitting, monitoring, and reconciling manufacturer warranty claims, ensuring all documentation meets manufacturer standards and maximising warranty recoveries for the business. Working closely with Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts departments, and manufacturer representatives, you'll help ensure claims are processed correctly and resolved promptly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and submit manufacturer warranty claims accurately and within required timescales.
  • Monitor and track outstanding claims, following up on authorisations, rejections, and queries.
  • Ensure job cards and supporting documentation meet manufacturer requirements.
  • Liaise with manufacturers regarding approvals, warranty contributions, and claim resolutions.
  • Manage warranty parts returns and maintain accurate warranty records.
  • Monitor work in progress, outstanding claims, and weekly debt analysis.
  • Complete monthly checks to ensure warranty payments have been received correctly.
  • Support manufacturer audits and keep up to date with warranty policies and procedures.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
