Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)

The Role
As a Warranty Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring warranty claims are processed efficiently, accurately and in accordance with manufacturer and company guidelines. Working closely with our Service Department, technicians and manufacturer partners, you will help maximise warranty recoveries and maintain excellent standards of compliance.
This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced dealership environment.

- Prepare, submit and process warranty claims in line with manufacturer requirements.
- Review repair orders, technician reports and supporting documentation to ensure claim accuracy.
- Monitor warranty claims from submission through to payment.
- Investigate and resolve rejected or queried claims.
- Process warranty invoices and maintain accurate records.
- Liaise with service advisors, workshop personnel and manufacturer representatives.
- Ensure warranty documentation is completed and retained for audit purposes.
- Support the Service Department with warranty-related enquiries.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of manufacturer warranty policies and procedures.
- Produce warranty performance reports when required.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent administrative skills.
- Accurate and detail-oriented.
- Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- A strong communicator with a professional telephone manner.
- Proactive and capable of resolving problems effectively.
- Enthusiastic, approachable and a team player.
Desirable Experience
- Previous Warranty Administrator experience within a dealership environment.
- Experience within the HGV, commercial vehicle, automotive or fleet industry.
- Knowledge of manufacturer warranty processes.
- Experience using Kerridge/Autoline or similar dealer management systems.
- Technical understanding of commercial vehicles or vehicle repair processes.
