About The Role
The Warranty Administrator plays a crucial role in managing the relationship between our dealerships, manufacturers, and customers, ensuring warranty claims are processed accurately and efficiently.
Working within the VAG Warranty HUB, you'll help maintain high standards of compliance while ensuring warranty submissions are completed correctly and within manufacturer guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing and checking warranty claims submitted by dealerships
- Processing and submitting warranty claims in line with manufacturer requirements and standards
- Ensuring all invoiced warranty work is submitted promptly and accurately
- Supporting the reconciliation of warranty payments alongside the Accounts department
- Investigating and resolving rejected warranty claims
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Working collaboratively with dealership teams to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Identifying opportunities to improve warranty processes and claim success rates
What We're Looking For
We're seeking an individual who is highly organised, meticulous, and committed to delivering high standards of accuracy and service.
Ideally, You'll Have
- Experience within the motor industry, ideally in a warranty, service, or aftersales environment
- Previous warranty administration experience (desirable)
- Experience using Kerridge/CDK systems (advantageous)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively within established processes and manufacturer guidelines
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving
