The Company

Caterham Cars is one of the UK’s most successful sports car manufacturers and has been selling the Seven since 1973. Over the decades, Caterham has continued to refine and enhance the design while always respecting the brilliance of Colin Chapman’s original lightweight formula. This is a unique opportunity to work for an iconic British motor company that is both a manufacturer and a world leader in amateur motorsport racing. The company continues to expand and, earlier in 2024, moved into a brand-new state-of-the-art production facility in Dartford.

The Role

Due to an internal transfer we have a rare and exciting opportunity for someone to join our Warranty and Quality Assurance team. Although only a small team it has a global reach, resolving & preventing problems for our passionate dealers in the UK and around the world.

The role is split into two functions; processing of warranty claims from dealers globally alongside quality control of parts. This will include speaking to worldwide suppliers to raise concerns and action returns via “return to vendor” process. Although this is the bulk of our responsibilities, they do not end there, being an adaptable and ambitious person you will be encouraged to show initiative and creative license.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
