📢 We’re Hiring | Warranty Co-Ordinator

As our portfolio of delivered vessels continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Warranty Co-Ordinator to join our Project Services team.

Acting as a key point of contact for our clients following vessel delivery, you’ll take responsibility for coordinating warranty claims and post-delivery support, working with customers, our production teams, contractors and suppliers to ensure issues are investigated and resolved effectively.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Experience in after-sales, warranty or service management
  • Strong customer-facing and communication skills
  • Good technical understanding of vessels and marine operations
  • Excellent organisation, problem-solving and attention to detail

The role can be based at our shipyard in East Cowes on the Isle of Wight or our Southampton office, with occasional travel required to support vessels and customers.
