Role: Warranty Coordinator
Reports to: Service Desk Manager
Location: Darlington
Hours: 39 hours, Fixed Term 6 month contract
Salary: £27,000
We're looking for a service-focused, proactive, and organised Supply Chain Warranty Coordinator to play a key role in managing quality issues across our store network. You will be joining our Customer Care team, providing a high level of customer service at all times.
You'll be responsible for coordinating warranty-related activities, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and delivering a high standard of customer service. This position gives your opportunity to work with a variety of Stakeholders, so if you're a strong relationship builder with excellent attention to detail and a passion for driving positive outcomes, this could be the perfect role for you.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting service teams across the Magnet group to resolve quality issues quickly and effectively
- Managing customer quality complaints from start to successful resolution
- Reviewing and processing warranty and quality claims in line with company policies
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient handling of customer claims
- Providing guidance and support to the warranty coordinators
- Identifying trends in data and taking action where needed
Who we’re looking for:
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective telephone handling technique
- Desirable a background in Manufacturing or quality assurance
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to maintain accurate documentation
- Not afraid to make decisions and use your own initiative
- High organisation skills to be able to adhere to agreed working practices
- Problem solving skills to be able to find a solution for all customers
