We are now looking for a Warranty, Partner Support & Compliance Specialist to join our Service Market Industrial team. You will be responsible for administering warranty and contract claims submitted by Business Partners, alongside product registration and campaign management. With systems access and training, you will manage user access and partner data, and audit and follow up on compliance with dealer operating standards, claim handling, and Business Partner requirements.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience in capital equipment, ideally within sectors such as power generation, agriculture, construction, EV drivetrains, battery energy storage solutions, or commercial vehicles.

  • Technical understanding of products and equipment, with experience in a relevant industrial or technical environment
  • Experience in warranty, aftersales, claims, customer support, or Business Partner support
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills, with experience producing and analysing data
  • Experience supporting users with business systems, including user access, system setup, or training
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering training and presenting information to Business Partners and internal teams
  • Experience conducting audits, reviewing compliance, and following up on actions with customers, dealers, or partners
  • HND or equivalent qualification or experience
  • Valid full UK driving licence

What You Will Do

Reporting to the Director, Service Market UK, you will work closely with Business Development Managers, Service Engineers, Technical Trainers, and the Business Support team. Together, you will help ensure effective claims handling, consistent standards, and strong support for around 20 Business Partners including Dealers, OEM customers, and fleet customers across the UK & Ireland.

  • Take ownership of warranty and contract claims, providing guidance to Business Partners and supporting effective claim resolution
  • Oversee product registration and campaign activity, including reporting, completion tracking, and follow-up
  • Coordinate Business Partner system access, including registering new users, maintaining access, and supporting system setup
  • Deliver training and presentations to Business Partners and internal teams on warranty processes and relevant business applications
  • Carry out audits across dealers, Business Partners, and OEM customers, reviewing claims, dealer operating standards, and Business Partner requirements
  • Report on Business Partner compliance and work with partners to address actions and maintain required standards
  • Visit dealers and OEM customers across the UK, with occasional travel to Sweden for forums and training
