Washbay Operative
A vacancy has arisen within our Workshop in Biggleswade for a Washbay Operative.
This role plays an important part in the success of Liebherr-Great Britain Ltd by ensuring all machines and attachments are cleaned and presented to the highest standards. The successful candidate will contribute to the Company's key result areas of Business Performance, Customer Focus, People and Teamwork, and Leadership.
Your Responsibilities
- Clean all machines and attachments, both internally and externally, using the appropriate equipment and cleaning methods.
- Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Carry out duties in accordance with company policies and the Quality Assurance Manual.
- Maintain the washbay and surrounding work areas to a clean, safe, and organised standard.
- Communicate effectively with both internal departments and external customers.
- Promote a positive health and safety culture and ensure company procedures are followed within the workshop and yard areas.
- Undertake any other duties appropriate to the role as required by management.

Your Profile
The successful candidate will require the following:
- Experience within the construction, agricultural, or related equipment industry.
- A self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
- Flexibility and willingness to support the wider team when required.
- The ability to work independently and use their own initiative.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
