A vacancy has arisen for the position of waste collection operative working as part of Test Valley Borough Council’s Environmental Service team. The position is manually challenging but equally rewarding for enthusiastic and hardworking team players. Experience of working outdoors in all weathers and dealing with the general public is essential for the role. You’ll be starting each morning at 7am and will be required to work 37 hours a week. There will be some planned overtime too with the requirement to work some Saturdays and bank holidays - there may be some other overtime opportunities too.
