SALARY: £35,000 - £40,000 D.O.E
HOURS: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Purpose Of The Role
To support the delivery of waste operations and treatment services through effective management, supervision, and administration of contracts. This includes robust data management and reporting, market analysis, budget monitoring/forecasting, weighbridge system oversight, and ensuring contractor performance meets SLA’s and KPI’s.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Materials Sales Manager in all aspects of material offtake contract management, including arranging safe, compliant, and cost-effective transfer and treatment of wastes.
- Assisting with contractor monitoring and management to ensure performance is in line with contractual SLA’s and KPI’s, including processing of contract and other payments.
- Continuous updates and records maintained across all site weighbridges on the internal system (Weightron), with robust data management and Interrogation.
- Tracking market volumes, price trends, and conducting market analysis to help inform Material Sales Manager with market changes, pricing strategies, and offtake decisions.
- Assist with key data management, collection and management of data from internal and external.
- Prepare volume and pricing data reports at key times to support monthly forecasting and budget setting.
- Assist in the preparation and production of waste contract documents and specifications, selection of tenderers, tender invitation, evaluation, and contract reviews.
- Assist in the arrangements of material sales and waste disposal offtakes with hauliers from across various site locations ensuring operations remain fluid.
- Administering monthly material and disposal, ensuring all invoices are prepared in advance of month end and general record keeping.
- Prepare monthly reports, performance dashboards, and support budget monitoring, control, and forecasting.

Skills
Essential Requirements for the Role:
- Excellent data interrogation, analysis, and reporting skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Strong market analysis and trend-tracking capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement and reporting.
- Highly organised with superior time management and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Knowledge.
- Highly competent in the use data management tools, and financial reconciliation processes.
- Awareness of market dynamics, pricing trends, and material sales/commodities.
- Knowledge of SLA/KPI monitoring, budget control, and performance reporting.
Experience
- Extensive experience in market analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and database management.
