An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Designer to join a growing, creative team within the watch and accessories industry. • Conduct trend research and forecasting, translating emerging trends into commercially relevant designs.
  • Develop creative concepts and collections in line with individual brand identities and customer requirements.
  • Prepare and plan seasonal collections, including option maps and color combinations.
  • Manage seasonal color cards and option maps to provide clear visibility of upcoming designs.
  • Support and deliver internal and external presentations, working closely with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage prototype reviews in line with critical paths, design requirements, and client expectations.
  • Liaise with manufacturing partners and factories in the Far East throughout the development process.
  • Review and amend prototypes, ensuring designs are developed accurately and to the required standard.
  • Produce detailed product specifications using CAD and relevant design software, including component lists, finishes, and materials.
  • Manage the product development process from initial concept through to final design.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure designs are delivered within agreed timelines.
  • Mentor and support junior members of the design team, helping to develop team capability and performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
