Watch Repair UK
Watch Repair UK is a growing independent specialist watch repair business based at Roots Farm, Dunsop Bridge, near Clitheroe.
We are looking for an experienced Watch Technician to join our workshop. This is a hands-on role for someone who already has watch repair experience and takes pride in accurate, high-quality work.
Salary
£26,000–£30,000 per year, depending on experience and skills.
Key responsibilities
- Quartz movement replacements
- Battery replacement and maintenance services
- Glass and crystal fitting
- Crown and pusher replacement
- Case and bracelet disassembly and reassembly
- Resealing and pressure testing
- Bracelet repairs and sizing
- Fault diagnosis and assessment
- Quality control of completed work

What we are looking for
- Previous experience as a Watch Technician or in a similar watch repair role
- Confidence working with small precision components
- Strong attention to detail and consistently high standards
- Reliable, organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience with case and bracelet polishing, luxury watch brands, water-resistance testing or basic mechanical watch repair would be useful, but is not essential.

This is a full-time, on-site role at Roots Farm, Dunsop Bridge, BB7 3BG.
