Job Summary
SSI Water, part of the Ingersoll Rand Group and European branch of SSI Aeration Inc., is seeking a Water & Wastewater (WWT) Champion to drive growth of aeration solutions (blowers and diffusers) across the region. This role combines business development, technical expertise, and customer engagement to promote integrated solutions and support local sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Promote integrated aeration solutions (blowers + diffusers)
- Develop new business opportunities in the Water & Wastewater market
- Support sales teams in customer meetings, technical discussions, and solution positioning
- Drive pipeline growth and revenue generation
- Serve as the regional technical expert for aeration systems
- Provide knowledge of aeration processes, system design, and product applications
- Support development of system concepts, technical proposals, and value-based solutions
- Align internal stakeholders around opportunities and sales strategies
- Ensure a unified customer approach
- Promote the benefits of integrated solutions, including performance, energy efficiency, and lifecycle cost savings

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
- Experience in Water & Wastewater applications
- Knowledge of aeration systems or related technologies
- Fluent English communication skills

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
- Extensive customer-facing travel across the region
- Preferred base location: Redditch or Bradford (UK)
