💧 Water Demand Consultant | Bristol (hybrid) | £37,000 - £43,500 💧
Peaple Talent are working exclusively with a specialist consultancy at the intersection of data, analytics, and the UK water sector, who are looking to hire a Consultant into their growing team.
You’ll work with water companies, regulators, and industry partners on challenges including water demand, leakage, water resources, smart metering, and regulatory reporting.
The Role:
You’ll use data, evidence, and sector knowledge to help clients make better-informed decisions, working across a variety of projects and developing your consulting and client-facing skills.

You’ll be involved in:
- Analysing complex water sector data, evidence, and policy
- Developing practical, evidence-based recommendations
- Working directly with clients and stakeholders
- Supporting projects across water demand, leakage, and water resources
- Contributing to proposals, business development, and thought leadership
- Taking ownership of smaller project workstreams
What we're looking for:
- 1–3 years' experience in utilities, water, or consultancy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly
- Strong relationship-building and client-facing skills
- An interest in the water, utilities, or environmental sector
- Degree in Water/Environmental Science desirable
