Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer
Location: Reading, Berkshire
Salary / Benefits: £27k - £36k + Vehicle + Benefits
Professional and expanding Water Treatment company, are currently recruiting for an experienced Water Hygiene Engineer. The successful candidate will be servicing candidates West of London, across the Surrey, Berkshire and West London area. Applicants will be professional, with a strong work history and be able to demonstrate experience working in the legionella compliance sector and as an engineer.
Candidates will be considered across the Surrey / Berkshire and London area, with consideration being given to locations such as; Reading, Bracknell, Camberly, Farnborough, Woking, Aldershot, Guildford, Farnham, High Wycombe, Slough, Windsor, Watford, Hounslow, Wembley, Harrow, Kingston upon Thames, Epsom, and the surrounding areas.

- Experience working within a Water Hygiene / Environmental Service Technician role.
- Experience carrying out cooling tower clean & disinfections and calorifier inspections.
- Able to demonstrate a practical knowledge of L8 & HSG guidelines.
- Flexible and happy to travel in line with the company's needs.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Cooling tower clean & disinfections.
- Calorifier inspections, clean & disinfections.
- Collecting microbiological samples for analysis.
- Temperature monitoring of hot and cold-water systems.
- TMV servicing, fail safe testing and calibration.
- Closed system testing.
- Tank inspections and cleans.
- Flushing of small outlets.
- Showerhead cleaning and disinfections.
- Updating onsite logbooks to ensure compliance.
- Representing the company to clients in a professional manner.
