Job Role: Water Hygiene Supervisor

Role Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Water Hygiene Supervisor to join our CBRE team in London. You will be the primary operational lead responsible for the compliance, safety, and efficiency of our water systems. Working within the critical healthcare environment, you will bridge the gap between technical water hygiene compliance and estate operations, ensuring our service delivery meets the rigorous standards of HTM 04-01 and the requirements of the Water Safety Group (WSG).

Key Responsibilities

Data & Compliance Management

  • Lead the tracking, management, and interpretation of all microbiological sample results (Legionella & Pseudomonas).
  • Prepare and maintain precise sampling schedules and location mapping.
  • Manage and upload all compliance documentation, ensuring an "audit-ready" status at all times.
  • Review and interpret technical reports to identify trends or deviations from safe water parameters.

Operational Oversight

  • Manage all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) for water hygiene, ensuring timely completion and adherence to service level agreements.
  • Oversee the management of Point-of-Use (POU) filter lifecycles.
  • Manage and track all water-related remedial works, ensuring actions are closed out within agreed timeframes.
  • Perform fault finding on water systems and raise corrective actions directly on the helpdesk system.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
