Job Description

As a Water & Infrastructure Sales Engineer, you’ll work with stakeholders across the UK water sector to deliver safer, faster, and more resilient piping systems. You may be an engineer with an interest in business development or an experienced sales professional with a technical mindset. Either way, you’ll help clients solve real design and construction challenges, supported by innovative product design and strong technical support.

What You Will Do

  • Become a trusted advisor to water companies, engineering consultants, contractors, and pipe fabricators, helping them choose the best solutions for their projects
  • Collaborate with owners and designers to develop project specifications and drawings that incorporate Victaulic systems
  • Work with contractors to integrate Victaulic build strategies during the estimating, planning, and construction phases
  • Lead the development of proposals that deliver enhanced technical performance and on-site efficiency gains
  • Educate and promote grooved piping methodology through technical seminars, customer training, and project design support
  • Represent Victaulic at trade association meetings and industry events, building a strong and credible presence in the market
  • Visit job sites to support hands-on product demonstrations and installation training
  • Coordinate international project opportunities with Victaulic colleagues in the UK and abroad

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
