External Operations Support Team Member

We're looking for someone to join our External Operations Support Team, based at our Head Office in Wallasey. Our total package is worth £30,842.04, depending on experience.

Financials

  • Starting Salary - £27,101.46 dependent on experience
  • Annual Bonus – approx. £2000 - £2500
  • 5.5% Pension Contribution – approx. £1,440.17 depending on agreed salary

Working Hours

  • Full Time – 37.5hrs per week, Mon-Fri only.
  • 10am-6pm

Leave

  • 22 Days Annual Leave + 8 Bank Hol
  • AL increases to 25 days within 3 years' service
  • Enhanced bereavement, sickness and maternity / paternity leave

The Role

The successful candidate will become part of our External Operations Support Team, responsible for supporting our team of Engineers nationwide as they complete works on-site for policyholders on behalf of our insurance clients.

What skills are we looking for?

  • Has an interest in project management and is keen to learn and develop in the role
  • Enjoys working with people, including leading and supporting a team of engineers as their direct line manager
  • Responsible for engineers engagement, wellbeing, development, and day-to-day support, including resolving on-site issues.
  • Works well as part of a team, collaborating effectively and contributing to a supportive team environment
  • Is curious, enthusiastic, and enjoys helping to find practical solutions to challenges and problems
  • Brings a positive, constructive attitude and is open to sharing ideas, learning from others, and trying new approaches
  • Can stay organised, manage priorities, and remain calm when things get busy (with support and guidance provided)
