Home-based or RNLI location. Person to be based within the southern half of the RNLI's Wales, West and Isle of Man region (south Wales, mid Wales and west Wales (including south Gwynedd), Herefordshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire, West Midlands, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire). Yn gweithio o gartref neu o leoliad RNLI. We’re looking for Water Safety Delivery Support to join our Water Safety Team. As part of the Wales, West and Isle of Man Regional Water Safety Team, you will help support the effective delivery of drowning reduction activity by supporting water safety volunteers and other internal and external stakeholders in sharing the RNLI's water safety messaging and interventions.

As Water Safety Delivery Support, your responsibilities in this role will include:
Fel Cynorthwyydd Cyflwyno Diogelwch Dŵr, bydd eich cyfrifoldebau'n cynnwys:
- Be the first point of contact for water safety volunteers and RNLI regional teams for practical water safety subject matter expertise (SME) support around events, training, working with partners and delivery of interventions / Bod yn bwynt cyswllt cyntaf ar gyfer gwirfoddolwyr diogelwch dŵr a thimau rhanbarthol yr RNLI ar gyfer cymorth ymarferol ac arbenigedd pwnc ym maes diogelwch dŵr ynghylch digwyddiadau, hyfforddiant, gweithio gyda phartneriaid a chyflwyno ymyriadau.
- Support in the community, and with partners, to develop and deliver regional and local drowning reduction plans / Cefnogi gwaith yn y gymuned ac ochr yn ochr â phartneriaid i ddatblygu a chyflwyno cynlluniau rhanbarthol a lleol i leihau boddi.
- Support the activities of volunteers who are attending/delivering water safety events where required / Cefnogi gweithgareddau gwirfoddolwyr sy'n mynychu neu'n cyflwyno digwyddiadau diogelwch dŵr pan fo angen.
- Ensure water safety teams have access to the resources, knowledge, and skills to identify risk, create behaviour change and make their communities safer and are able to report back on their actions / Sicrhau bod timau diogelwch dŵr yn cael mynediad at yr adnoddau, y wybodaeth a'r sgiliau i adnabod risg, ysgogi newid ymddygiad a gwneud eu cymunedau'n fwy diogel, a'u bod yn gallu adrodd yn ôl ar eu gweithredoedd.
- Assist staff colleagues and volunteers in the development, delivery, and monitoring of Drowning Reduction plans / Cynorthwyo cydweithwyr a gwirfoddolwyr i ddatblygu, cyflwyno a monitro cynlluniau Lleihau Boddi.
- Establish and manage lifesaving partnerships and support water safety volunteers to do the same / Sefydlu a rheoli partneriaethau achub bywyd a chefnogi gwirfoddolwyr diogelwch dŵr i wneud yr un fath.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of training for water safety volunteers / Cyfrannu at ddatblygu a chyflwyno hyfforddiant i wirfoddolwyr diogelwch dŵr.
- Offer practical support to regional colleagues on matters of water safety / Cynnig cymorth ymarferol i gydweithwyr rhanbarthol ar faterion diogelwch dŵr.
- Provide resilience to Water Safety Teams in other regions as required / Darparu gwydnwch a chefnogaeth i Dimau Diogelwch Dŵr mewn rhanbarthau eraill pan fo angen.

A key member of the regional water safety team, you will be working with volunteers, staff, and partners in the region to help reduce drowning. You will support water safety volunteers and partners in accessing the knowledge, skills, and resources to deliver water safety interventions in their communities. To be considered as the Water Safety Delivery Support, you will need:
