Summary:

NSI Commercial Building Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Water Hygiene Account Manager to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in water hygiene who enjoys building customer relationships and delivering high-quality compliance solutions. You will manage an established customer portfolio whilst identifying opportunities to grow our services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of Water Hygiene customers.
  • Build long-term customer relationships.
  • Review Legionella compliance reports.
  • Prepare quotations for remedial and planned works.
  • Coordinate service delivery with operational teams.
  • Support customers with ACOP L8 and HSG274 compliance.
  • Conduct customer review meetings.
  • Identify opportunities for additional compliance services.
  • Ensure contract profitability.
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Experience within the Water Hygiene industry.
  • Knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG274.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Good commercial awareness.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

Working for us means:

  • The salary is between £35,000 & £50,000 per year, depending on your professional experience.
  • Holidays - 25 days + 8 statutory days
  • Company vehicle or car allowance
  • Probationary Period – 6 months.
  • Pension – Can join immediately or auto enrolled after 3 months - Employee?% and Employer?% via salary sacrifice.
  • Eligible to join Private Healthcare after successfully completing probation.
  • Enrolled in Group Income Protection and Death in Service (4 x basic salary) upon commencement of employment.
  • Notice – 1 week during probation, increasing to 1 month thereafter.
