Waterproofing Operative Location: London & South East (travel to various sites required) Job Type: Full-time – Employed or Self-Employed Opportunities Available
About the Role Renlon Ltd is a well-established specialist structural waterproofing contractor with over 45 years of industry experience. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit experienced Waterproofing Operatives to join our team.
We are seeking individuals with proven experience installing Type C Cavity Drain Membrane Systems. Experience with Type A Waterproofing Systems would be highly advantageous, although training can be provided for the right candidate.
Whether you are looking for a permanent employed position or operate on a self-employed basis, we would be happy to discuss the opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities
- Installation of Type C cavity drain membrane systems.
- Waterproofing basements, retaining walls, and below-ground structures.
- Installation of Type A waterproofing systems (preferable but not essential)
- Preparation of substrates and application of waterproofing materials (preferable but not essential)
- Working from drawings, specifications, and installation details
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and health & safety
- Liaising professionally with site managers, clients, and colleagues
- Ensuring work is completed efficiently and to programme
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience installing Type C Waterproofing Systems.
- Full UK Driving Licence
- CSCS Card (Preferable but we can provide training)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality workmanship
- Right to work in the UK
