Work Pattern: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays 9AM - 5PM
Contract: Fixed term contract 31/01/2027
Salary: £26,818 per annum, salary will be pro rata for part time hours
Location: Sale Road - NR7
What is Waves?
Waves is a recovery and life skills programme for those who have a diagnosis of Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD), or experience similar traits.
Waves is delivered in a group setting, providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space. The programme helps people understand their emotions and behaviours, make sense of their experiences, and learn practical coping strategies they can use in everyday life.
What do we learn?
Waves is a psychoeducational and life skills programme delivered in a therapeutic environment, but it is worth noting that Waves is not therapy.

As the Waves Group Facilitator you will work with the Waves Team Leader and co-facilitator to deliver the Waves Recovery Programme, supporting individuals with a diagnosis of or traits of a personality disorder to improve their quality of life in a safe and empowering environment.
