Our products will be both physical chips and IP to be built into 3rd party devices.

We are Hiring

Applicants will need fluency in Assembly language, embedded systems, and C and be able to demonstrate experience in code optimization, C++, Python, AI, FPGA, SoC, familiarity with SVN and git, CI/CD.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About Us

So, if you have been playing with Arduino and Raspberry Pi devices and the rest since your early teens, now is your time to shine.

RED is a fast-moving start-up with a close-knit team of engineers and market-experienced management. With the tape out of our first device, we are about to go through a significant customer-driven growth phase.

We are hiring for skills not seniority, however, seniority will be recognized and as we grow that will benefit our organizational structure. For that reason, we are not tying these appointments to specific salary bands. Successful candidates will be entitled to join our company stock option scheme which we are putting in place. We generally work remotely with regular meetings at our offices on the Harwell Science Park.

As well as your CV, please write a short description of the most fun/challenging project(s) you have done relating to coding for hardware.
