Role Description
In this full-time remote role, UK-based students will support Express Turbo Delivery by assisting with online customer communication, tracking shipments, and updating order statuses in internal systems. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries via email or chat, coordinating with local operations teams, and ensuring accurate information is shared with business clients. The role may also involve preparing basic reports, monitoring delivery performance dashboards, and escalating issues to supervisors when needed. Team members are expected to follow established processes, maintain clear documentation, and contribute to a smooth, professional customer experience.

- Candidates should possess problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to identify issues, follow procedures, and escalate appropriately.
- Enrollment as a student in the UK, with regular access to a computer and stable internet connection, is required.
- Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and collaborate with a distributed team across time zones.
- Prior experience in customer support, logistics, or e-commerce is beneficial but not mandatory.
