Join our Wealth and Insurance IP Scheme and you'll play a part in shaping the future of how we support customers. You'll help us understand their needs, improve their experiences and develop the products, propositions and services that make a real difference to their lives.
You'll work at the intersection of customers, business, data and innovation, helping us respond to some of society's biggest challenges including an ageing population, changing retirement expectations, low confidence in managing money and the transfer of wealth between generations.

Requirements
What you need to apply
- Be in your penultimate year at university.
- Be a problem solver who brings a STEM mindset, using data and logic while staying curious about people and how organisations work.
- While we do not require a set minimum degree level, we highly recommend the ability to demonstrate sound knowledge, comprehension and technical skills aligned to the role. Some aspects of this will be assessed through the application process.
- Note: We cannot sponsor visas.
Locations
Edinburgh and Leeds. We support hybrid working, where you’ll be expected to spend a minimum of two days each week in the office where you have been placed.
Opening and Closing Date
Applications for our Wealth and Insurance Industrial Placement open on 10th September and close on 8th November.
