Shape the future of Wealth & Asset Management

The Role

Capco is a key consulting partner to leading wealth managers and private banks, supporting the definition and execution of their strategic priorities. Our work spans client service proposition design, business model reviews, regulatory change, digital and operating model transformation, and technology platform implementation. We deliver sustainable and tangible commercial value through impactful business and technology change.

To support our continued growth, we’re seeking experienced professionals with deep wealth management industry expertise or relevant consulting backgrounds to join our team as a Wealth & Asset Management Discretionary / Advisory Specialist.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and deliver discretionary, advisory, or pooled investment propositions across multiple asset classes and client segments.
  • Lead strategic transformation projects, from new product launches to operational model redesign.
  • Partner with clients to enhance efficiency, client experience, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Contribute to practice development through mentoring, thought leadership, and internal initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in discretionary and/or advisory Wealth or Asset Management within a business or technology transformation context.
  • In-depth understanding of client and product lifecycles — from onboarding and regulated advice to documentation, investment governance, and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant rules, regulations, and operational frameworks.
  • Proven ability to challenge existing approaches and explore new technologies to transform investment delivery and client engagement.
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for driving positive change and measurable results.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
