About the Opportunity

This opportunity is for experienced Wealth Management and Asset Management professionals with expertise in portfolio management, investment strategy, alternative investments, fiduciary standards, risk analysis, and client advisory to contribute to advanced AI research and evaluation projects.

You'll apply your investment expertise to develop realistic enterprise investment scenarios, create reference outputs, evaluate AI-generated financial analyses, and build structured evaluation frameworks that accurately assess professional-level investment judgment.

The role focuses on Fortune 500 asset management, private wealth, and institutional investment environments, where portfolio complexity, regulatory requirements, and client sophistication require advanced financial reasoning. No prior AI experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop realistic wealth management and asset management scenarios involving portfolio construction, fiduciary responsibilities, investment strategy, and regulatory review.
  • Create evaluation tasks covering portfolio strategy, alternative investments, institutional client servicing, risk analytics, performance analysis, and manager due diligence.
  • Design investment operations scenarios involving tools such as Bloomberg Terminal, Aladdin, Morningstar Direct, and enterprise portfolio/order management systems.
  • Apply investment methodologies including Modern Portfolio Theory, factor investing, fiduciary standards, ESG integration, and portfolio risk management.
  • Produce reference investment policy statements, portfolio strategies, investment analyses, and client-facing executive narratives.
  • Evaluate AI-generated investment recommendations and analyses for accuracy, reasoning, risk awareness, and suitability.
  • Develop structured evaluation rubrics that distinguish authentic professional investment judgment from generic textbook or exam-level knowledge.
  • Incorporate considerations around SEC/FINRA compliance, fiduciary obligations, client reporting, and investment governance.
  • Collaborate with project teams to maintain high standards of financial accuracy, consistency, and evaluation quality.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
