Main Purpose of Job
The main purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to Advisers within Pinnacle Wealth Management as part of the central Assistant Support Unit (ASU).
The ideal candidate will need to be excellent at managing numerous tasks at any one time, prioritising these and maintaining attention to detail.
Starting Salary of £26,000 Per Annum
Location: Canary Wharf (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities of the Job
This is an entry-level Administration role, the initial tasks you will be responsible for will relate to our New Business process.
Types of tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Processing Business Submission requests
- Completing Fact Find and Client Needs CFR’s
- Creating Advice Records
- Creating illustrations
- Submitting cases to the Paraplanning and Compliance Team

This opportunity offers the potential to progress within the company, working towards the role of Wealth Management Assistant. As your experience and capabilities develop, additional responsibilities will be introduced in line with our Assistant Development Framework.
