Company: Atwal Wealth Management

Location: 968 Warwick Road, Solihull, B91 3HN (100% Office-Based)
Salary: £24,420 - £30,000 per year (Full-Time)

About the Role

We are Atwal Wealth Management, a fast-growing wealth management practice based in Solihull. We operate a highly efficient, tech-forward front office, and due to growth we are currently facing a bottleneck in our downstream administrative execution. This role is not suited to someone new to the industry.

We need a highly experienced, proactive Administrator (with the potential to step into paraplanning) who can hit the ground running. You will take full ownership of case progression, annual review preparation, and proactive provider liaison to ensure our pipeline moves seamlessly.

Core Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Case Ownership: Manage the progression of wealth management cases from initiation to compliant completion.
  • Annual Review Preparation: Take the lead on collating comprehensive annual client review packs and checking valuation data against client holdings.
  • Diligent Provider Chasing: Proactively and repeatedly chase product providers and wrap platforms for Letters of Authority (LOAs), fund valuations, and policy schedules.
  • Compliance & Systems: Maintain pristine file hygiene and accurate records in line with strict network compliance standards.
  • Internal Coordination: Act as the operational backbone for the firm, taking full ownership of administrative tasks so the Advisers and Operations Lead can focus on clients.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
