I am looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to join an award-winning IFA practice based in Manchester City Centre.

Dealing with HNW clients, you will be providing first-class administration support to Financial Adviser and their clients. Day to day duties will include:

  • Processing and Chasing Letters of Authority to completion.
  • Obtaining Illustrations and preparation for Client Meetings.
  • New Business Processing and Fund Switches.
  • Chasing New Business through to completion with providers.
  • Database Management/Task Management - ensuring Database is updated with all transactional elements of a client’s portfolio.
  • Fee and Invoice Processing.
  • Provide Client Portfolio Summaries and Valuations.
  • Ongoing Suitability Processing following Client Review meetings.
