WEALTH ADVISER
Employed | UK-Wide Remote
Competitive Salary, Depending on Experience + Bonus
MORE WARM CLIENT OPPORTUNITIES THAN YOU CAN HANDLE.
Access Financial Services is launching Access Wealth, and we are looking for an experienced Wealth Adviser to help us build and grow it.
We already have a national network of approximately 280 mortgage and protection advisers, supported by a substantial existing customer base. This creates an ongoing flow of clients who need investment, pension and retirement-planning advice.
You will not be expected to bring a client bank, buy leads or spend your time searching for new business. We expect to provide more warm opportunities than one adviser can handle.
Your focus will be advising clients, converting genuine opportunities and building valuable long-term relationships.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is not simply another employed adviser position.
You will join Access Wealth at an early and influential stage, providing advice to referred clients while helping shape the systems, processes and customer journey behind a significant new wealth proposition.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Advising clients on investments, pensions and retirement planning
- Managing a substantial flow of warm, internally generated opportunities
- Conducting remote client meetings across the UK
- Turning initial advice into trusted, long-term client relationships
- Delivering suitable, compliant and clearly documented advice
- Working closely with our mortgage, protection, compliance and technology teams
- Helping develop an efficient and scalable wealth-advice service
- Contributing to the future direction and growth of Access Wealth

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
