Main Purpose of Job
The main purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive business, organisational and administrative support to an Adviser/s within Pinnacle Wealth Management.
The role has elements of business administration as well as elements of a Personal Assistant role.
The ideal candidate will need to be excellent at managing numerous tasks in our fast-paced environment, at any one time, prioritising these and maintaining attention to detail.

- Diary and email management e.g. booking client meetings via phone and email, responding to client emails
- Keep an accurate record of all meetings and notes within Salesforce
- Manage client actions using Salesforce tasks
- Send and chase LOA’s
- Complete CYC’s and CFR’s
- Prepare Transfer packs
- Prepare Lifeplans, ensuring all documents are appropriately personalised, accurate and comply with Pinnacle standards
- Prepare Voyant reports, inputting the client’s information in order to create a base plan, create ‘what if’ scenarios and generate reports
- Prepare Analytics reports, locating funds and pre-populating client portfolios, producing fund and performance analysis
- New business case submissions via Lifeplan and CFR’s
- Prepare meeting packs for existing and potential client meetings
- Manage client actions using tasks
- Submit fund switches and obtain product valuations
- Confirm receipt of client’s funds and inform the client accordingly
- Use all SJP systems effectively to support your daily tasks
- Any other ad hoc requests that your manager or advisor/s may need you to undertake.

Requirements of the Job (including Interpersonal)
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced Wealth Management Assistant role, minimum 2 years
- Previous experience working with high-net-worth clients, providing a high level of service
- Committed to delivering first-class client service
- Extremely organised with the ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy of reporting is a necessity for this role
- Excellent communication skills, discrete and professional
