Role: Wealth Management Business Analyst
Location: London, UK (Hybrid)
Hiring Type: Contract Role
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with wealth advisors, portfolio managers, operations, compliance, and technology teams.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and process mapping (As-Is/To-Be).
- Support implementation of Wealth Management platforms and digital initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement validation sessions.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Support UAT planning, execution, defect management, and production rollout.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and business requirements.
- Coordinate with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC/Agile lifecycle.

- Experience as a Business Analyst in Wealth Management or Private Banking.
- Strong understanding of:
- Portfolio Management
- Investment Products (Equities, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds, ETFs, Alternatives)
- Advisory & Discretionary Portfolio Management
- Client Onboarding and KYC/AML
- Financial Planning
- Performance & Risk Reporting
- Trading and Order Management
- Corporate Actions
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Visio, Jira, and Confluence.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
