Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and creative Wealth Communications professional to join our client's team and play a key role in producing high-quality content that supports our Wealth Management business and client-facing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the timely production of wealth content across a range of products and capabilities.
- Deliver informative, value-added content to clients.
- Support client-facing teams with high-quality marketing materials and pitches.
- Establish and maintain strong, trusted relationships with Wealth and Investment teams.
- Produce engaging content on topical wealth and investment subjects.
- Ensure all communications are relevant, engaging, and aligned with the bank’s brand guidelines and tone of voice.
Key Tasks
- Supply content across various channels, including social media, video scripts, and client presentations.
- Develop a strong understanding of the bank’s client base and wealth advice model.
- Create content that effectively meets client needs and supports business objectives.
- Proof-read and edit copy when required.
- Contribute to special projects.
- Collaborate with the Head of Wealth Communications, UK Strategic Content Lead, and Corporate Communications Manager.
- Maintain the content delivery calendar and ensure effective integration between Wealth and wider bank communications.

Support Activities
- Support the Wealth Communications team and broader Bank Communications teams with general marketing and communications activities.
- Engage in events, presentations, and website management.
- Shape how the bank communicates its wealth and investment expertise to clients.
Requirements

- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a relevant communications, content, or marketing role, ideally within Wealth Management or Financial Services.
- Strong experience in producing written content.
- Demonstrate creativity and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely to clients.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience updating website content.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat, would be highly desirable.
- An IMC qualification, or working towards the IMC, would also be advantageous.
- Combine strong financial services (ideally wealth management) knowledge with excellent writing and communication skills, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
