Job summary
As a Vice President in the Global Deposit Pricing and Strategy team within Global Private Bank, you will lead analytics and pricing strategy for a global deposit portfolio across multiple products, currencies, and platforms. You will translate macroeconomic and interest-rate dynamics into practical pricing actions, supported by strong data and clear storytelling. You will build and improve the data assets and reporting that power monthly performance review and decision forums. You will collaborate closely with partners across lines of business to align pricing approaches and deliver stronger client and business outcomes.
Job responsibilities
- Own deposit pricing strategy and key product feature recommendations across a global, multi-currency deposit portfolio
- Build and maintain a monthly database that serves as the single source of truth for deposit attributes, pricing, rates, model inputs, and performance
- Design and deliver analytical projects that align to business priorities and profitability levers
- Develop and enhance data models to enable scalable, repeatable analytics for current and future needs
- Maintain existing data pipelines in Python and/or Alteryx and create new pipelines to support ongoing analytics and reporting
- Analyze large datasets (millions of rows) to identify drivers, trends, and pricing opportunities
- Create reporting and visualizations that communicate insights clearly to stakeholders, including senior leaders
- Lead monthly pricing forums by setting the agenda, preparing decision materials, and recommending actions supported by data
- Monitor macroeconomic conditions, interest rates, monetary policy, and capital considerations and apply them to deposit pricing decisions
- Partner with other lines of business to understand, align, and evolve pricing approaches where needed
- Coach junior team members of the extended team

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in financial services, including analytical roles supporting products, pricing, strategy, or performance management
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks)
- Proficiency in Python and Alteryx for building and maintaining data pipelines and repeatable workflows
- Proficiency in Tableau (or equivalent) to create clear dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including building clear, executive-ready materials
- Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets (millions of rows) and apply sound data management practice
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, manage priorities, and deliver outcomes with minimal day-to-day direction
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience with deposits and/or wealth management products
- Exposure to deposit pricing or interest-rate-driven product strategy
- Familiarity with multi-currency or multi-market business environments
- Understanding of macroeconomic factors that influence pricing
- Experience building standardized data assets and reporting
- Experience coaching junior team members
