Are you an experienced Financial Planner looking to join a highly respected and growing advisory business where client relationships, professional standards and long-term career development are genuinely valued?
Our client is an established and award-recognised professional services firm with a thriving wealth management division. Due to continued growth and increasing client demand, they are seeking an experienced Financial Planner to join their team and deliver high-quality independent financial advice to a diverse portfolio of private clients, families and business owners.
The Opportunity
Working alongside an experienced team of paraplanners and support professionals, you will provide holistic financial planning advice across:
- Investment planning
- Retirement and pension planning
- Estate and inheritance tax planning
- Trust and intergenerational wealth planning
- Protection and risk management

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored financial planning advice to new and existing clients.
- Build and maintain trusted long-term client relationships.
- Identify opportunities to grow assets under management and broaden client relationships.
- Ensure advice remains fully compliant with FCA regulations and internal standards.
- Work closely with paraplanning and administration teams to deliver a first-class client experience.
- Maintain professional competence through ongoing CPD and industry development.
About You
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (essential).
- Previous experience as a Financial Planner, Wealth Manager or Senior Paraplanner ready to transition into an advisory role.
- Strong understanding of FCA regulations, Consumer Duty and suitability requirements.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ambition to progress toward Chartered Financial Planner status would be advantageous.
- Experience using financial planning and CRM systems such as Voyant, Xplan or similar.
