Wealth Manager

Cambridge

£60,000 - £90,000 basic salary (DOE) + Annual bonus

Our client, a highly regarded wealth management firm, is seeking a Wealth Manager to join its established Cambridge office.

This is an excellent opportunity to inherit momentum within a successful team that is approaching client capacity. With a healthy pipeline of client opportunities, there is significant potential to develop relationships from day one rather than starting from scratch. The office also has a clear focus on long-term succession planning, making this an ideal opportunity for an ambitious Investment professional looking to build a sustainable, long-term career within a prestigious organisation.

Working with HNW and UHNW individuals, you will deliver bespoke wealth management advice while developing long-lasting client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the business.

The Role

As a Wealth Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of private clients, providing holistic wealth management solutions tailored to their individual needs and objectives.

You'll work collaboratively with specialists across investments, financial planning and lending to deliver an exceptional client experience while identifying opportunities to grow both client relationships and assets under management.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
