We are working exclusively with a highly regarded wealth management practice to appoint a Client Administrator, a role that sits at the very heart of how this practice delivers for its clients.

If you take genuine pride in the quality of your work, love owning the client journey from start to finish, and want to join a team that holds itself to a genuinely high standard, this one's worth a conversation.

The Role:

  • Responsibilities:
    • You'll be responsible for managing approximately 150 client households, overseeing the full client experience from initial meeting preparation right through to submission and completion.
    • This is a true end-to-end role, not a narrow slice of a process. The person who takes it on will understand properly what outstanding client administration looks like in practice, and will take real satisfaction in delivering it.
    • Day to day you'll be preparing client files ahead of adviser meetings, capturing and processing information post-meeting, managing submissions, and ensuring every client touchpoint is handled with accuracy, care, and professionalism.
    • You'll work closely with the adviser and wider team, and your work will be trusted to reflect directly on the practice and the clients it serves a genuine mark of confidence in your ability.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Solid experience in a client administration role within wealth management, an IFA firm, or comparable financial services environment.
  • A thorough understanding of the full client journey from meeting prep through to submission.
  • Someone who takes real ownership of their workload and doesn't need to be chased.

Full time, office based in Leeds, West Yorkshire.

The Person:

We're looking for someone who is quietly excellent, knows their craft, takes pride in the detail, and understands that in wealth management the client experience is everything. If you've built your career in this space, managed a meaningful client bank, and can demonstrate real depth of experience across the full client journey, we would love to hear from you.
