Role Description

The Wealth Manager role is a full-time remote position focused on providing comprehensive financial advice and portfolio management to a diverse client base. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Assessing client financial goals
  • Developing tailored wealth management strategies
  • Advising on investments, retirement planning, tax efficiency, and protection solutions
  • Regularly reviewing client portfolios
  • Adjusting strategies based on market conditions
  • Ensuring recommendations align with regulatory requirements and best practices

The Wealth Manager will:

  • Build long-term client relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams
  • Use technology platforms to manage client data, track performance, and communicate insights

The Wealth Manager is expected to work independently, maintain high ethical standards, and contribute to the firm’s reputation for client-centric, high-quality financial guidance.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Financial Planning, with the ability to design comprehensive, goal-based financial strategies for individuals and families.
  • Proficiency in Investment Management and Investments, including portfolio construction, risk assessment, and performance monitoring.
  • Solid understanding of Finance principles, including cash flow analysis, debt management, and tax considerations.
  • Knowledge of Insurance products and protection planning to integrate risk management into overall wealth strategies.
  • Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, diploma in financial planning, or equivalent) and regulatory authorization where required.
  • Proven experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or a related field, with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with clear, client-friendly communication abilities in writing and speech.
  • Comfort with remote work, including effective use of financial software, CRM systems, and virtual communication tools.
  • High level of integrity, adherence to compliance standards, and commitment to ongoing professional development.
