About The Role
The Wealth Operations Support (Enablement) role provides critical coordination and administrative support to ensure the smooth and consistent day-to-day running of operations across the Wealth and Operations teams.
The role enables operational efficiency by managing key workflows, supporting reporting and training activity, and coordinating initiatives that enhance adviser and team performance. Working closely with operational leadership, advisers, paraplanners, and administrative teams, the role plays a key part in maintaining consistency, quality, and control across Wealth Operations.
This Role Directly Supports Progeny’s Strategic Priorities By
- Enabling consistently evidenced client outcomes through accurate workflow coordination and reporting support
- Driving digitisation and automation by improving processes and reducing manual inefficiencies
- Supporting a high-performing development culture through training coordination and enablement activity
- Promoting standardisation and simplification of operational processes and materials
- Strengthening governance, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness
- Supporting brand credibility and best-in-class M&A integration through effective coordination and consistency
Technical Knowledge
- Good understanding of operational processes within a wealth / financial services environment
- Experience of administrative coordination, workflow management, and data handling
- Familiarity with MI extracts, reporting packs, and documentation preparation
- Understanding of data accuracy, confidentiality, and record-keeping standards
- Awareness of regulatory and governance requirements in financial services
- Proficiency in core systems and tools (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems; Power BI exposure beneficial)
- Awareness of process improvement and continuous improvement principles

Collaboration & Team Contribution
- Work closely with UK Operations Director, Regional Directors, Regional Managers, Head of Operations, Regional Operations teams, and Technical Heads to support aligned and consistent operational delivery, including resource capacity management
- Collaborate with advisers, paraplanners, and administrators to ensure efficient coordination of day-to-day activities
- Support cross-functional teams by preparing materials and coordinating activity for training, reviews, and operational initiatives
- Build strong working relationships to ensure effective communication and smooth workflow execution
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative coordination to support smooth day-to-day operational activity
- Manage key workflows including client reallocations and client heat mapping
- Prepare MI extracts, reporting packs, and training/review materials, ensuring outputs are organized, accurate, and stakeholder ready
- Support acquisitions and commercial projects, including data preparation, document coordination, and stakeholder liaison
- Coordinate adviser enablement activities, including surveys, training logistics, and wider support initiatives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness
- Support the standardisation of processes and documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, simplify processes, and reduce manual workload
- Work collaboratively with senior stakeholders to maintain consistent operational delivery and service quality
