Wealth Planner - UHNW - London

An excellent opportunity opens for an experienced Wealth Planner to join a leading International Private Bank. This is a senior, client-facing specialist role working alongside Relationship Managers to advise Ultra High Net Worth individuals and families on complex wealth-planning matters.

You will support Relationship Managers in acquiring, retaining and deepening client relationships through the delivery of strategic wealth-planning advice, technical analysis and bespoke solutions. Acting as a trusted adviser and subject matter expert, you will coordinate with internal and external specialists to ensure clients receive holistic, tailored advice across a broad range of wealth-planning needs.

The primary focus is UK-resident clients, with additional exposure to international and cross-border wealth-planning matters. This role offers the opportunity to work with entrepreneurs, founders, family businesses and multi-generational wealth structures.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic wealth-planning advice to existing and prospective private banking clients.
  • Advise across pensions, investments, trusts, insurance, estate planning and private company structures.
  • Develop pre-exit and post-exit planning strategies for entrepreneurs, founders and business owners.
  • Create holistic legacy and succession-planning strategies to support intergenerational wealth transfer and family objectives.
  • Coordinate tax, legal, investment and international specialists to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client outcomes, improve processes and broaden the firm's wealth-planning offering.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the wider private bank, investment and specialist advisory teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
