Bordier & Cie (UK) is an investment management firm based in London and is part of the independent Bordier Group. Founded in 1844, we specialise in providing investment management solutions to professional advisers and private clients. We are hiring a Wealth Planning Administrator, who will be responsible for client and team support activities providing administrative support to our Financial Planners and the Head of Desk while acting as a key contact for clients.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will report to the Practice Manager in the Bordier Wealth Planning Team. As a small team, based from London Tuesday to Thursday, there is an opportunity to progress a career in financial planning and contribute to our multi-year growth plan. The main responsibilities of the role are varied and include:

  • Successfully onboarding new clients and support in the management of existing clients.
  • The role will involve client administration, handling account opening, payments and valuation requests, preparing review materials, coordinating meetings and diaries, completing post-review actions, and maintaining accurate client records.
  • You will also manage product and service research and due diligence, liaise with clients, advisers, providers and internal teams, support business projects and process improvements, and ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.

ABOUT YOU

You will have at least 5 years’ experience working in an administrative/client services/support role within an IFA/Wealth business and CII/CISI relevant qualifications, or working towards. You will be an organised and proactive professional to support our Advisers and clients across the full advice process. The successful candidate will be detail-focused, efficient, an excellent communicator, and keen to keep up to date with financial legislation, products and industry developments.
