Web, E-commerce or Digital Admin Assistant
We’re looking for a hands-on, organised Web, E-commerce or Digital Admin Assistant to join an established apparel and accessories business based in Devon. This is a varied role sitting at the heart of our webstore operations. You’ll help keep our websites and marketplaces running smoothly, ensure products are presented accurately and effectively, and support the wider team with reporting, content, IT and operational projects.

Web Admin Assistant – The Role:

- Managing day-to-day website and marketplace administration
- Setting up, updating and merchandising products across digital channels
- Optimising website content, SEO, search, cross-sells and upsells
- Reviewing website performance and producing insightful reports
- Supporting content creation, including landing pages, imagery and video
- Maintaining product data and codes across our inventory systems
- Troubleshooting day-to-day IT and coordinating with external IT support
- Supporting marketing, trade shows, showroom merchandising and content days
- Assisting with wider business projects, including systems and warehouse changes
- Working with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Design to keep everything moving
