Junior Web Analyst

£30,000-£33,000 Manchester - Hybrid (2 days per week onsite)

I'm hiring a Junior Web Analyst to join a growing Data & Insights team within one of the UK's largest education and professional training providers.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an early-career analyst who wants to develop their skills in GA4, SQL, CRO analytics, and digital insight, working across a large portfolio of websites that support apprenticeships, education, and professional training.

The role

You'll join an established web analytics function and become the second dedicated hire in the team, supporting a growing number of websites and digital products.

This role sits within a wider Data & Insights team of around 10 people, working closely with stakeholders across marketing, digital, product, and web teams.

The focus is on understanding:

  • How users interact with websites
  • Where customers drop out of journeys
  • What impacts conversion performance
  • How digital experiences can be improved using data

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in web analytics and digital optimisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
