Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What you’ll be doing

As our Web Analyst, you will be the go-to expert for tracking user behaviour, measuring campaign performance, and building insightful, client-facing dashboards. You’ll live and breathe front-end tracking and marketing analytics, ensuring our clients have the technical foundations to make smarter business decisions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • End-to-End Tracking: Implement, audit, and manage complex Google Tag Manager (GTM) setups across multiple high-value client websites to support accurate data collection.
  • Web Analytics Mastery: Configure and maintain GA4 properties, ensuring every behavioral, conversion, and marketing event is captured with precision.
  • Compelling Visualisation: Design, build, and maintain clear, actionable dashboards in Looker Studio and Power BI that translate raw numbers into meaningful stories.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Partner with digital marketing teams to ensure tracking aligns with campaign goals and directly supports ROI.
  • Data Privacy & Governance: Ensure tracking compliance by managing consent tracking, Cookie Consent Mode v2, and adherence to data privacy best practices like GDPR.
  • Technical Foundations: While your heart is in the front-end, you’ll help oversee the flow of data into warehousing (like BigQuery) to ensure reliable reporting pipelines.
  • Stakeholder Ownership: Translate complex data concepts into clear requirements and insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
