Web Analyst
A bit about Torchbox
We’re the digital marketing specialists for many of the biggest charities in the UK; we build digital products for international NGOs, governments and universities; and we created Wagtail CMS, used by Google, NASA, the NHS and thousands more.
Our diverse team of over 120 people is mostly UK-based but with a significant presence in Manila as well as a network of people around the world.
We are on a mission to set a new standard for a purpose-led business. Torchbox is 100% employee-owned - everyone is a co-owner from day one and we are building an amazing, progressive ownership and learning culture. If you are excited about this mission, it’s a great time to join.
What we’re looking for
We are seeking a curious and skilled Web Analyst to join our Measurement & Impact team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analysing web data to drive insights and impact for our charity clients. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for using data to make a difference.
You’ll be comfortable working independently on defined tasks and smaller client projects, using tools like GA4, GTM and Looker Studio to ensure data is collected accurately and presented clearly.
You’ll sit as part of a team of data-obsessed analysts who all have a passion for high-quality data collection, visualisation, and analysis, and be in an incredible position to learn and develop your skills.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
